Return Policy: Due to the custom nature of prescription eyewear, all sales are final, no refunds. There are many factors to determining the best prescription for you and tailoring it to your visual needs. If you are having issues adjusting to your custom eyewear you must see the doctor within 60 days to check the prescription and new remake lenses can be done at no charge one time only. If you are not satisfied with your frame choice, there is a 20% restocking fee and you will incur the cost of the new lenses as needed. Boxes of contact lenses free of any damage or writing may be exchanged for the same brand of contact lenses with updated prescription within 60 days from purchase of contact lenses.
