We make sure you are getting the best quality vision at a reasonable price!
One pair of shoes won't work for every outfit, neither will one pair of glasses. Most people need at least 2 pairs. If you have reached presbyopic age (generally around age 40) you may want to consider adding a pair with lenses designed for specific tasks such as computer use. |

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the custom nature of prescription eyewear all sales are final, no refunds. There are many factors to determining the best prescription for you and tailoring it to your visual needs. If you are having issues accommodating to your custom eyewear you must see the doctor within 60 days to check the prescription and new remake lenses can be done at no charge one time only. If you are not satisfied with your new frame choice, there is a 20% restocking fee and you will incur the cost of the new lenses as needed. Boxes of contact lenses free of any damage or writing may be exchanged for the same brand of contact lenses with updated prescription within 60 days from purchase of contact lenses. Other restrictions may apply, please see office for details.
PROGRESSIVE LENS AGREEMENT
Progressive eyeglass lenses provide the smoothest transition from distance vision through intermediate vision to near vision, including all the in-between corrections as well. So the benefit is that instead of having just two different zones (distance and reading) as in bifocals, your new progressive lenses will have gradual progression (from top to bottom), this will ease eye strain and provide better vision.
When starting new progressive lenses there will be a transition period where you will have to retrain how you use your glasses. The opticians will educate you on how the lens works and how to position your head and eyes for your optimum vision.
Progressive lenses are custom made for your prescription, your measurements, and your glasses. They are not refundable. Occasionally a patient may not be able to adapt to the progressive style lens. For this we will supply you with another style lens of your choice whether it be single vision or a line bifocal at no extra charge. No funds will be returned to you.
